prior to placing and/or approving your order

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery date.

We can process a full return or re-make the item after receipt of original items.

Before any return is approved – You must contact us for an RMA# via Customer  Service – Returns

so that we can send a return shipper to take care of shipping charges.  

If you do not contact us via Customer Service – Returns before returning your item, you
will be responsible for the shipping charges.

Please note that certain circumstances are beyond our control. 

We cannot be responsible for:

    Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
    Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
    Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
    Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

    Customer’s failure to correctly review and approve the design.

    Carrier delivery delays, losses, and/or cancellations.


However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from us for any reason or have any issues,

please contact us via “Customer  Service – Returns” (at the bottom of
the site) within 30 days from the date of delivery of your purchase.  

You must return your items to receive a full refund (including return shipping) or an exchange.


If your order should arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us
immediately via “Customer  Service – Returns” within 7 days of receipt of your order. 

This does not include melting if the Warm Weather Shipping Policy is not followed.
