There is a 1 week (7 days) lead time from date of order for all custom printed cookies. These cookies are freshly baked and shipped in the order they are received. If you need a custom printed order sooner, please contact us first for expedited shipping terms. Lead times are for production purposes, shipping times are an extra 1-3 days depending on the method selected at checkout.
Our frosted sugar cookies are baked with all natural, fresh ingredients. Each cookie is hand-cut and frosted with a white Vanilla Royal Icing before they are direct printed with your photo, logo, or artwork. Contains wheat, eggs, milk and soy. Produced in a bakery facility that processes tree nuts and peanuts. Expansion can occur during baking resulting in a 1/8″ to 1/4″ differences in size all around, therefore there will be slight variances in final sizes and print colors.
Print quality is also affected by the resolution and quality of images you provide. Providing us images with dark backgrounds or low resolution lower the final product print quality. If quality is a major concern, we suggest ordering a few test cookies.
